TRG is contracting out our work at an alarming rate and
your bargaining team needs help with obtaining accurate
information through the grievance and arbitration
process as well as at the bargaining table.The
bargaining committee is asking you to document ALL work
we have always done and are either no longer doing or
have seen UPS, DHL and other non-bargaining unit members
performing.
All work traditionally ours, now being contracted
out MUST be reported. We need YOUR help as we prepare
for bargaining.
