They provide a wide range of services to the Black Rock Community:

Crime Victims assistance- from aid to counseling in regarding accidents and violent crimes.
Youth Programs- basketball and boxing leagues, youth counseling. Recreational programs- include field trips, professional boxing; Heavy weight contender, "Baby Joe Mesi@ works out of this facility.
Munchkin land - Day care center for children from infants to approximately 8 years old.
Senior Programs are available, van rides for elderly.

Funding comes from a wide range, be it United Way or Block Grants through the State and County.

Approximately 40 members from counselors to clerical.
